Overview:

An authentic 19th-century Chinese blue-and-white earthenware incense stand of tapering square form, originating from the Qing Dynasty (Guangxu Period, 1875–1908).

Painted in rich underglaze cobalt blue, each face features bold, stylized calligraphic seal-script characters reminiscent of traditional Daoist talismanic motifs and wishes for longevity and good fortune. The top surface is rendered with geometric border details surrounding a central aperture designed to hold incense sticks.

An exceptional scholar’s desk accessory, offering time-worn tactile texture and classic Asian architectural lines.
