Constructed using traditional provincial joinery, the thick single-plank seat is supported by stout, subtly splayed legs secured with visible through-tenons.  Condition: Excellent antique condition. Structurally sound with a beautifully preserved, dry, untouched primitive patina. Minor structural tightening and a light coat of museum-grade matte wax have been applied to stabilize the piece and enrich the grain.
